Children’s Vision

The Eye Station at Mount Gambier is well equipped to deal with all aspects of children’s vision. Servicing South East South Australia and South West Victoria. Children have their first eye examination at 6 months, again at 3 years and before starting school. Undetected and untreated vision problems can interfere with the ability to perform to their full learning potential. Often children or their parents do not realise that there may be a problem and assume their vision is normal.
